- 1 egg white
- 1 can drained and sliced crab meat or about 1 cup fresh crab meat
- 1 cup mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
- ¼ tsp seasoned salt
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- Beat egg white.
- Fold in remaining ingredients.
- Place a dollop on toasted bread rounds.
- You can use on a half on English muffin for each instead and then put them under the broiler until the topping is puffed and golden.
