BORDEAUX SAUCE

- 4 qts. cabbage
- ½ oz turmeric
- ½ oz. celery seed
- 4 oz mustard seed
- 2 qts. vinegar
- 3 red peppers
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 6 large onions
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 green peppers
- Put all ingredients in a blender.
- Boil 20 minutes.
- Pack in jars and seal.
