BORDEAUX SAUCE

Ingredients
  • 4 qts. cabbage
  • ½ oz turmeric
  • ½ oz. celery seed
  • 4 oz mustard seed
  • 2 qts. vinegar
  • 3 red peppers
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 6 large onions
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 green peppers
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Boil 20 minutes.
  3. Pack in jars and seal.
