Dumplings

Recipe type: Main Dish
- 2 c flour
- 1 c milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- Stir to mix well. Place on floured and knead just to make smooth dough. Roll to ¼" thickness and cut in 2" strips. Snip into boiling chicken broth. When it starts to boil, lower heat and cover and cook 10-15 minutes.
