Dumplings

Ingredients
  • 2 c flour
  • 1 c milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Stir to mix well. Place on floured and knead just to make smooth dough. Roll to ¼" thickness and cut in 2" strips. Snip into boiling chicken broth. When it starts to boil, lower heat and cover and cook 10-15 minutes.
