Ground Beef Casserole

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion - grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 3 or 4 slices of Zwieback or grated toast
Instructions
  1. Mix thoroughly. Make into small balls and brown in a small amount of fat, place meatballs into casserole and cover with sauce. Make sauce of the following: 1 (8 oz) can of tomato sauce, 3 or 4 stalks of celery diced, 1 small green pepper chopped and 1 small jar of mushrooms chopped and 1 jar of stuffed olives sliced. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles.
