KING RANCH CHICKEN

- 2 fryer chickens
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can chicken stock
- ½ can Rotel chilies and tomatoes
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 grated pkg. tortillas
- Parmesan cheese
- Simmer chickens until done.
- Remove chicken from bone and mix all ingredients, except tortillas.
- Break tortillas into bite sized pieces and layer with chicken mixture in a casserole dish.
- Top with Parmesan and cheddar cheese.
- Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
