KING RANCH CHICKEN

Ingredients
  • 2 fryer chickens
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken stock
  • ½ can Rotel chilies and tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 grated pkg. tortillas
  • Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Simmer chickens until done.
  2. Remove chicken from bone and mix all ingredients, except tortillas.
  3. Break tortillas into bite sized pieces and layer with chicken mixture in a casserole dish.
  4. Top with Parmesan and cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
