CABBAGE BALLS

Ingredients
  • Wilt 1 head of cabbage in hot water.
  • Mix:
  • 1½ lb. ground beef
  • 2 cups rice
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
Instructions
  1. Roll meat mixture into cabbage leaves.
  2. Place in large kettle.
  3. Cover with 2 cans tomato sauce
  4. Add 2 boullion cubes.
  5. Cook 30 minutes on low heat.
