MEATBALLS

Ingredients
  • Meat Balls:
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 3-4 slices of Zwieback or sugared toast
  • Sauce:
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 3-4 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 small green pepper (chopped)
  • 1 small jar of stuffed olives sliced
Instructions
  1. Mix meat ball ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Make into very small balls.
  3. Brown in small amount of fat.
  4. Place meatballs in casserole dish and cover with sauce.
  5. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
  6. Serve with rice or noodles.
