GELATIN SALAD

Recipe type: Salad
- 2½ cup boiling water
- 2 pkgs. lemon Jello (3oz.)
- 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, juice and all
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 jar pimento cheese spread
- 1 pkg Dream Whip
- Combine boiling water, lemon Jello, and crushed pineapple, juice and all
- Let set in refrigerator until syrupy.
- Add 1 tsp lemon juice
- jar pimento cheese spread
- pkg Dream Whip
- If the cheese is at room temperature it is easier to mix in.
- I used the egg beater to mix in the cheese.
