Quick White Sauce Cubes (1)

Recipe type: Sauce
- 1 lb. butter
- 1 lb. flour (3¼ cups)
- Melt margarine and stir in flour
- Pour in 8 x 8 pan
- Chill
- When hard, cut into 1" squares and store in refrigerator in a covered container.
- To thicken vegetables, shave off a cute or more if needed.
