Quick White Sauce Cubes (1)

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. butter
  • 1 lb. flour (3¼ cups)
Instructions
  1. Melt margarine and stir in flour
  2. Pour in 8 x 8 pan
  3. Chill
  4. When hard, cut into 1" squares and store in refrigerator in a covered container.
  5. To thicken vegetables, shave off a cute or more if needed.
