ZUCCHINI HORS D'OEUVRES

- 1 envelope dry golden onion soup mix
- 1½ cup shredded medium zucchini
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- ¾ tsp basil
- ¼ c dry bread crumbs
- 4 eggs
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Spoon mixture into well greased 7½ x 9¾ inch muffin pan.
- Bake 20 minutes or until golden.
- Makes 24 appetizers.
- Also can be baked in a 9 x 12 inch baking dish and cut into squares.
