FRUIT GLAZE SAUCE FOR BREAST OF TURKEY
 
Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • ⅓ cup cooking sherry
  • 1 squeeze lime
  • ¾ cup pineapple
  • 4 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. grated orange peel
  • 1 whole orange, sliced
  • ⅓ cup orange juice
  • 2 jiggers of Tanquerey
Instructions
  1. Bring to a boil and let simmer on low flame, 15 minutes.
  2. Cook breast of turkey.
  3. Drain fat and water after 30 minutes cooking time.
  4. Add fruit glaze and finish cooking until tender.
