PICKLED PEPPERS

Ingredients
  • Peppers
  • 3 qt water
  • 1 qt vinegar
  • 1 cup salt
  • Garlic cloves
  • Onion
  • Oregano
Instructions
  1. Prick each pepper with a pin.Do not handle without rubber gloves, it will blister.
  2. Soak peppers overnight in strong salt water,
Bring to a boil
  1. Water, salt and vinegar.
  2. Pack peppers in sterile jars; add garlic, onion and oregano.
  3. Pour vinegar solution over pepper.
  4. Seal and process in hot water bath.
