AVK PANCAKES
 
Ingredients
  • 1½ cup flour
  • 2 Tbs. baking powder
  • 2 Tbs. corn starch
  • 2 Tbs sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1¼ cup milk or buttermilk
  • 2 Tbs. oil
  • 1 egg
Instructions
  1. Blend ingredients.
  2. Pour ¾ cup batter for each pancake, onto medium hot pan or griddle.
  3. If you are not using a no stick pan, spray cooking oil lightly on pan before adding batter.
  4. Wait till you see bubbles popping on top, the flip the cake over.
  5. Makes about 16 5" pancakes.
