Swedish Meatballs

- 6 slices bread, crust removed
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 large carton sour cream, minus ⅓ cup
- Chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. or more salt
- Pepper, seasoned salt, Accent
- No further instructions were included, but I imagine it would be something like add all ingredients in a bowl, mix well and form into balls. Cook and serve.
