SAUERKRAUT SALAD

Ingredients
  • ½ cup cider vinegar
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 can kraut drained & rinsed.
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 4 oz jar chopped pimentos
  • 1 med onion chopped
  • 1 med bell pepper chopped
Instructions
  1. Bring to a boil: vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and pepper
  2. Put remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add vinegar mixture.
  4. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Cover and chill a few hours before serving.
