SWEET MUSTARD SAUCE

- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. dry mustrd
- ½ tsp flour
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 1 egg
- Place dry ingredients in saucepan; add water, vinegar and beaten egg.
- Cook slowly until thickened.
