CHEESE AND CRAB PUFFS

Ingredients
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 can drained and sliced crab meat or about 1 cup fresh crab meat
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
  • ¼ tsp seasoned salt
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Beat egg white.
  2. Fold in remaining ingredients.
  3. Place a dollop on toasted bread rounds.
  4. You can use on a half on English muffin for each instead and then put them under the broiler until the topping is puffed and golden.
