- 1 lb. mushrooms
- ½ cup cheese, grated OR ½ cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- black pepper
- garlic powder
- Remove stems and clean caps of mushrooms.
- Cheese, bread crumbs and spices to taste, sprinkle with water to moisten.
- Fill caps.
- Place in oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.or under broiler until melted.
